Kevin Davey is a motivational Sales Training and Management Training expert with a results oriented style and a
client focused approach. In April 2000 he established TRANSFORM, a dynamic results oriented change management
practice. TRANSFORM is focused on helping companies release their business potential and create competitive
Kevin qualified as an electronics engineer in 1979 and after a short time in the electronics industry, moved into
management. Kevin has more than 25 years experience in sales and general management; including 18 years
practical involvement in training, organisational change and strategic development initiatives.
He has written and co-written many programmes on selling, time management, communication skills, team building
and influencing and negotiation skills. In addition he specialises in personal development and effectiveness. Kevin has
also written several articles on sales, sales management and negotiating effectively including his contribution to the
IMI Handbook of Management in 2004.
Kevin also runs the successful coaching arm of the business working with senior executives and individuals in both
one to one and group coaching workshops.
Prior to establishing TRANSFORM, Kevin held Sales, Management and Directorship roles with companies such as
Canon, Gold star (UK), Sharp, Nintendo and Travelmad.com. He was also Director of one of the largest consulting
organisations in Ireland from 1994 to 1999. He was part of the IMI associate faculty for several years specialising in
Negotiating & Influencing and Senior Management development.
Kevin has vast international experience working and presenting across many cultural boundaries. As a professional
speaker he has conducted training and speaking engagements throughout North, South and Central America, Europe,
The United Kingdom and here in Ireland.
Over the last 18 years he has established himself as an expert sales trainer and has worked with and trained
thousands of Sales Executives and Sales Managers across many industry sectors. His interactive style and engaging
approach have been successful both here in Ireland and Internationally.

Communication Skills, Time Management and Personal Leadership.
Amanda trained as an Accountant and began her professional career in 1985 in private practice. She then moved into
industry and spent 12 years in senior management with Dimpco, a subsidiary of the Glen Dimplex Group.
Amanda set-up her own business in 2000 providing interim General Management & Financial Services to client
Over the next 3 years she assisted organisations undergo major change initiatives involving the development &
implementation of crucial systems and procedures.She also helped her client organisations to plug critical
management gaps which included Executive Coaching, Management Team Development and the development of
long term strategies.
Amanda joined TRANSFORM in 2003 as General Manager & Financial Consultant.
Having completed his accountancy studies in 1981, Gerald began his career working for Healy Chambers in the
His entrepreneurial drive attracted him towards running his own business and in 1983 he bought out Healy
Chambers. He re-branded the business as Mailroom Equipment Ltd and spent the next 21 years building and
positioning the company for an international takeover. In 2004 he sold the business to the French PLC Neopost.
In 1993 Gerald graduated with a degree in business management from the IMI. He is currently Managing Partner
of Simply Property Limited and divides his time between its Irish and UKoperations. He is also a strategic investor
in a number of venture capital opportunities in Europe.
Gerald is currently a Director of Child Fund Ireland, a Director of CCF Inc., and a member of the Dublin Lions Club.
He is also a former Chairman of the Dublin Round Table, Dublin Lions Club, and a member of the Institute of Directors.
Philip is a Senior Consultant with TRANSFORM and is an experienced training and development professional with over
30 years experience working within the private and public sectors in Ireland.
He has worked with some of the largest national and international organisations at senior management and directorship
levels with responsibilities spanning a wide range of areas including operational and change management, quality
standards, staff training and development, strategic planning and performance improvement systems.
He provides a high energy, personalised service to individuals, teams and organisations; enabling them to achieve
business growth in line with their business strategy.
He holds a diploma in personal and executive coaching and has written and presented a variety of development
programmes including management development, negotiation, coaching and sales interventions.
He is a member of the European Platform for Vocational Rehabilitation (EPVR) and is currently a Board Member of
the Festina Lente Foundation.
